Lane Thor is from Saint Paul, Minnesota and has over 13 years of real estate experience with a strong background in commercial real estate, real estate valuation, property tax and public policy. Knowing his true passion was in real estate and public policy, he earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas with honors and Master of Arts in Public Administration from Hamline University. In 2012, Lane founded Lino Lakes Real Estate Group when he realized the need for client centric real estate services from experienced professionals. In addition to Lino Lakes Real Estate Group, Lane leads the tri-state practice for a national property tax firm focusing on commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate in the Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota markets. Lane’s client list ranges from local businesses and property owners to some of the most well-known regional and Fortune 500 businesses. His specialties include mixed-use, industrial, office, retail and apartment properties. Lane is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors. When he is not working hard for his clients, Lane enjoys time with his daughter and fiancé on the golf course.
